Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using AstroDaily ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use AstroDaily. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these age requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we believe are operated by users under 13.

To access the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and your birth information (date, optionally time, and place of birth). You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe are being used fraudulently.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial of AstroDaily Premium. No credit card is required to start the trial. During the trial period, you have full access to all Premium features.

Paid Subscription — Auto-Renewal Disclosure

If you choose to continue after your trial by entering payment information and starting a paid plan, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current rate, until you cancel.

• Monthly plan: $9.99 USD per month, billed monthly.
• Annual plan: $79.00 USD per year (~$6.58/month), billed once per year.

You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. We will notify you by email before your trial converts or before any renewal charge. Prices are shown in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page in your account (Settings → Billing → Cancel). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain Premium access through the last day of the period you paid for. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining unused portion of a paid period, except as described in our Refund Policy below.

5. Refund Policy

7-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your first paid charge on AstroDaily, contact us within 7 days of that charge at support@astrodaily.app and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. No questions asked.

After the 7-day window, all payments are final and non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service in an automated manner without our prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized account access.

7. Accuracy of Birth Data and Forecasts

The accuracy of your natal chart and forecasts depends on the birth data you provide. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your birth date, time, and place. Astrological interpretations are generated by AI and are inherently subjective. We make no warranty that forecasts will be accurate, complete, or applicable to your personal circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AstroDaily — including the software, design, text, graphics, and astrological interpretations — are owned by AstroDaily and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

Your birth data and personal information remain yours. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. ASTROLOGICAL CONTENT IS PROVIDED FOR ENTERTAINMENT ONLY AND WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING ITS ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ASTRODAILY AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ASTRODAILY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AstroDaily and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Informal resolution: Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at support@astrodaily.app and attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will try to respond within 30 days.

Binding arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in English. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware or via videoconference. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit with respect to disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.

13. Service Availability and Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes affecting paid features. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription.
